jingpei dan received the ph.d degree from tokyo institute of technology, japan, in 2011. she is currently an associate professor at the college of computer science, chongqing university, china. her research interests include computational intelligence, big data mining, nlp, and structural health monitoring.she has cooperated with ieee fellow ling liu at georgia institute of technology, us as a visiting scholar since 2017. she has published several papers in international journals and conferences, leaded and participated in a number of research projects.
