xianlong jiao received the ph.d degree from college of computer, national university of defense and technology, china, in 2011. he was a postdoctoral at college of information system and management, national university of defense and technology, china. he is currently an assistant professor at college of computer science, chongqing university, china. his research interests include internet of things, edge computing, as well as deep reinforcement learning. he has published more than 20 academic papers in famous international journals, such as ieee transactions on parallel and distributed systems, ieee transactions on communications, ad hoc networks and other famous international journals, ieee icdcs, ieee mass, ieee msn and other international conferences, as well as domestic important journals such as chinese journal of computers and journal of software. he has won one first prize of air force communication military theory excellent achievement award and one best paper award of the 7th internet academic annual conference (icoc 2018).
